My Hopes and Goals for 2020

Starting a New Year is such a natural time for reflection and looking back on the past year. I‘ve always made a resolution - some that I’ve followed through and some that have been forgotten. This year I seem to have so many goals and so many hopes for the year to come! Many are continued goals that I have for myself, others are new and some are hopes.

1. Take Time For Myself - Near the end of 2019, I started making this a priotity and I plan on continuing to give myself time to be active, eat healthy, take hot bubble baths and anything else, that might help me refuel!

2. Continue to be Conscious of Our Environmental Impact - Each year I learn more and do more to help the environment. I’m not perfect by any means, but I’m going to keep learning and trying my best!

3. Meal Plan and Order Less Take Out - Oh gosh! I feel like we survived December with Skip the Dishes! So my plan is to sit down each weekend and make a meal plan for the week ahead! Hopefully this will help decrease the amount of take out and help us with my next goal!

4. Eat More Vegetables!

5. Keep Writing - This blog has been so much fun for me to write! And I have been writing other things too! This year my hope is to explore writing a little more and reach out to other writers to learn more!

6. Travel - Our flights are booked for Orlando in February and fingers crossed, I’ll be heading to Vegas solo with my girlfriends in March. Even though travelling with the littles is not always easy, exploring new places is a passion for Wilson and I!

7. Continue to Make Our Home Our Own - we have big plans for our backyard this spring and there are always little projects here and there that I like to do! I’ll be posting my latest house project next week!

Above all, my hope for 2020 is to continue creating beautiful memories as a family! Looking back on 2019, I feel so grateful for all of the experiences we had and it makes me so excited for all that is to come this year!
