My Go-To Chili

Need an easy weekday meal? A warm, hearty dinner on a cold night? Or something serve for the Super Bowl? My Go-To Chili is the perfect meal! It's SO easy and such a fast meal to make!



Ingredients:

1 onion diced

2 bell peppers diced (yellow or red)

1 pkg. ground beef

1 796ml can diced tomatoes

1 680ml can tomato sauce

1 398ml can baked beans in tomato sauce

1 can corn (optional)

2 tbsp. Chili powder


Directions:

1. In a large pot, heat oil and add diced onions. Sauté until almost translucent, add diced bell peppers and cook until soft. Set aside.


2. Cook ground beef until brown. Add back the onions and peppers as well as the rest of the ingredients.


3. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a buttery piece of toast, over rice or with cornbread and you have yourself an quick, easy and hearty meal!
