Chicken & Corn Saute with Chips

I am ALL for the quick and easy weekday meals that the whole family loves! And this Chicken & Corn Sauté is definitely one of those meals! Not only is it quite simple, I find that I have most of the ingredients around the house. So, this is a great go-to!

Ingredients
2 tbsps. olive oil
1 onion thinly sliced
2 small red peppers thinly sliced
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced
1 can of whole kernel corn
6 tbsps. Ketchup
1 1/2 tbsps. Chili powder
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet and add onions. Sauté onions until almost translucent then, add red peppers. Once they are cooked, transfer it all to a plate on the side.
2. Add chicken to the skillet and let it cook fully.
3. Once chicken is fully cooked, you can add your sautéed onions and peppers back. Also add the corn, ketchup and chili powder and toss it until fully mixed.
4. Serve with tortilla chips (I think the Scoops work the best)!
